What made you want to be in Customer Service?

I have been focused on customer service for 15 years and my work continues to bring me satisfaction each day! Communicating and supporting both internal and external customers to be successful always makes me happy. At VIAVI we have a long history of innovation and leadership in overall business performance and customer impact, based on excellence in such areas as price/performance value, customer purchase experience, reputation and customer service.

How would you describe “A Day in the Life” of your current job at VIAVI, and the impact your role has in helping customers or partners?

I am always busy and I like to work on serving customers with great passion. It makes me proud to see customer and partner growth which pushes me to be better every day. I like to go into each day serving our customers with a 100% solutions mindset.

What is your favorite accomplishment or success story with a customer or partner?

It makes me feel great when people say, “ask Kathy to see if she can provide a solution to solve this issue.” I like being known as someone who can find a solution for every issue by being patient, positive and outstanding!
