What is your current role, and what brought you to work at VIAVI?

I currently work on the EMEA Channel Operations Team and I have been working at the company for 25 years! I’ve had a front row seat to the many important mergers and acquisitions that eventually became the VIAVI Solutions of today. I began working at VIAVI while finishing my studies and I quickly figured out that VIAVI offered what I was looking for as a full-time career. I continue to be challenged and find ways to grow professionally in our dynamic international company environment. Each day I see the results of my strong relationships with our partners having a direct positive impact on our customers.

How do you help customers, and what is your proudest moment?

I geek out on being able to participate in process improvements helping optimize partner management activities and their implementation. These important process improvements help Channel Partners to have the confidence and tools they need to see continued business growth and ultimately achieve their goals. Everything from helping partners to onboard seamlessly, keeping them in the loop on new tools and support solutions and most importantly knowing that I did my part to ensure top performance.

What would people be surprised to learn about VIAVI?

I think people would be surprised to learn that VIAVI is not only a company that is truly committed to optimizing for its customers, but also committed to optimizing for their own employees. I love that VIAVI encourages collaborative teamwork and an inclusive work environment with all of the tools needed to produce excellent results.
