Maribel’s major objectives for growing and strengthening Viavi’s channel business over the next year are to:

  1. Complete implementation of a 2-tier distribution model both for our Telecom and Enterprise markets in EMEA
  2. Optimize the partner network in our Enterprise area of expansion
  3. Influence and drive best internal IT system support for Viavi’s Velocity partner program to enhance partner’s experience and boost both self-sufficiency and ease of doing business with Viavi
