By bringing innovative concepts, strategic business planning and comprehensive channel initiatives to life, these extraordinary women support partners and customers with exceptional leadership. CRN celebrates these women, who are so deserving of recognition, for their constant dedication to channel excellence.
Araceli Ruiz Betancourt – This year, Araceli collaborated with partners to improve their digital presence with social media, virtual events / forums, and content creation. She worked with partners to build ecommerce platforms to transform their businesses and improve their digital presence and demand generation techniques. When asked, Araceli had this to say about the recognition: “Throughout my professional career, collaborating with the channel for joint business development has taught me that collaboration and teamwork are key to obtaining the best results and the greatest learnings. I am proud of each partner and each challenge that they have given me over the years. Together we have learned to collaborate, innovate, develop, and take risks. Many thanks to everyone who has made this possible!”
Leigh Ann Clavenna – Leigh Ann’s key accomplishments included partnering closely with the channel to look for new and innovative marketing initiatives, including digital marketing in a mostly virtual environment. She’s focused on providing partners with structured campaigns that they can easily include in their marketing mix. Maribel Ortiz – This past year, Maribel has been focused on coaching her team to overcome challenges to grow VIAVI initiatives and create more cross-functional engagement and teamwork. When asked about this award, Maribel had this to say: “Thank you, CRN, for this recognition, it would not have been possible without close collaboration and teamwork with our Channels. So, I’d like to give my thanks also to our amazing partners!”

She has implemented new strategies and processes to help partners succeed and stay aligned with VIAVI program goals. These strategies have helped increase completion of partner program training by over 200% in Latin America.
