How long have you been with VIAVI, and what do you do here?
I signed on with VIAVI a year ago and I am proud to part of the Sales team in India! I enjoy my work partnering with contractors and system integrators across India, Sri Lanka and the Maldives. Each day brings new challenges in navigating the right solutions for right now for our partners and customers.
Describe the best part about how your role positively impacts customers and/or partners?
I work on a team responsible for developing and executing the overall market for the Contractor and System Integrators segment in the region, working closely with VIAVI Partners, Professional Services, Sales, Marketing and Product Management functions to meet and exceed quota. Part of my daily responsibilities include managing the forecast for the region while developing and maintaining relationships with Senior Management across all accounts in the region.
In order for me to stay aligned with customers and clients, I stay on top of my 4Cs in sales:
Create, Cover, Close and Collect
Key parts to my role include developing trusted client relationships and always continuing to further expand in key accounts. I take pride in working on solutions with Channel Partners specific to industry and segments in India. All of these parts together help build a strong pipeline to generate growth and achieve quotas.
